From the method of sale, to vendor conditions, to offer review and settlement (as well as anything that might come up along the way). We’ll deliver the kind of service you’d expect from Wellington’s best conveyancing team.

When you engage Conveyo, you’re selling a home, but buying peace of mind. We know our stuff, and we’ll only bug you about the things we really have to.

For our fixed fee, Conveyo will:

  • Answer any pre-sale questions.

  • Review and provide advice on your real estate agent’s listing agreement.

  • Assist with wording any vendor conditions you require.

  • Keep track of deadlines.

  • Liaise with the purchaser’s solicitor and/or your real estate agent, as and when required.

  • Arrange for the discharge of your mortgage.

  • Work with you to complete all the paperwork required for the transfer.

  • On settlement day, receive settlement funds on your behalf, and disburse them to you.

  • Provide you with comprehensive reporting statements setting out what we’ve done on your behalf.


Our fees for a property sale are as follows. They include GST.

Standard fee:     $995.00


If you have a mortgage over your property, that requires us to do more work and attracts an additional fee from Land Information New Zealand. We pass those costs on as follows:

Discharge mortgage:     $150.00
