For our fixed fee, Conveyo will:

  • Answer your questions.

  • Finalise your new lending arrangements with your financial institution.

  • Arrange for the discharge of your existing mortgage.

  • Work with you to complete all the paperwork required for your refinancing.

  • Receive the funds from your new lender, and repay your old lender.

  • Provide you with comprehensive reporting statements setting out what we’ve done on your behalf

We charge a fixed fee for refinancing transactions. It includes GST.
